Our Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Each order is printed to order, so please review your selections carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@layeredvaultstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will email a return shipping label and instructions. We aim to resolve all damage and defect claims within 3–5 business days of receiving your photos.
International orders: the same damage and defect process applies. However, return shipping costs for international claims are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Items ordered in error
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Custom or bulk orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- International shipments (except in cases of damage or defect as described above)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
