Domestic
United States
All orders ship from our studio in Yakima, Washington State. We typically fulfill and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 3–6 business days depending on location. We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
International
Canada
We ship to Canada via USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
We do not collect GST, customs duties, or brokerage fees at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be due upon delivery (DAP — Delivered At Place).
UPS shipments may include a carrier brokerage fee upon delivery, separate from any customs duties or taxes. This is charged directly by UPS.
International
United Kingdom
We ship to the UK via USPS and UPS. We do not collect VAT or customs duties at checkout.
For orders under £135, VAT may be charged by your local postal service upon delivery, along with a handling fee. For orders over £135, additional customs processing may apply. All such charges are the buyer's responsibility.
