MEASURE WITH CLARITY
Peptide Dose Calculator
Convert your entered dose in mg or mcg into mL and U-100 syringe units using your vial amount and final solution volume.
Your result
Enter all three amounts to see your result.
mL
Volume for entered dose
Scale illustration only. Check the markings on your actual syringe.
This tool converts quantities you enter; it does not recommend a dose or treatment. Syringe units describe volume, not compound strength.
How to use the peptide dose calculator
This free calculator converts the quantities you enter into solution concentration, volume in mL, and U-100 syringe units. It works with an entered target dose in either milligrams (mg) or micrograms (mcg).
- Enter the amount in the vial. Use the total compound amount in milligrams, not the vial's liquid capacity.
- Enter the final solution volume. Use the total liquid volume after mixing, in milliliters.
- Enter your target dose and its unit. Select mg or mcg to match the amount you already intend to measure. This tool does not choose that amount for you.
- Match your syringe. Select its capacity and smallest marking. Read the calculated volume and U-100 units alongside the syringe illustration.
Understanding mg, mcg, mL and syringe units
| Unit | What it measures | Conversion |
|---|---|---|
| mg | Mass of compound | 1 mg = 1,000 mcg |
| mcg | Mass of compound | 1 mcg = 0.001 mg |
| mL | Liquid volume | 1 mL = 100 U-100 syringe units |
| U-100 unit | A volume marking on the selected syringe scale | 1 unit = 0.01 mL |
A syringe unit is a volume marking here. It is not a milligram, microgram, or measure of the compound's biological activity. Converting mg or mcg to syringe units requires the solution concentration.
The conversion math
- Concentration (mg/mL) = total amount in vial (mg) ÷ final solution volume (mL).
- Volume (mL) = entered target dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL).
- U-100 syringe units = calculated volume (mL) × 100.
If the target dose is entered in mcg, the calculator first divides it by 1,000 to convert it to mg. These equations assume the compound is evenly distributed throughout the entered solution volume.
Peptide calculator questions
Can I convert mg directly to syringe units?
You need the concentration first. The same amount in mg can correspond to different liquid volumes when the total solution volume changes. Enter both the vial amount and final solution volume before converting your target dose.
Does this work with every syringe?
The units result uses the U-100 scale only: 100 units per mL. Match the selected capacity and smallest marking to the syringe you have. Do not apply these unit readings to a U-40 or another syringe scale.
Do I enter the water added or the final solution volume?
The calculator uses the final total liquid volume after mixing. It does not determine how much diluent to add, which liquid to use, or whether a preparation is suitable for use.
What if the result falls between syringe markings?
The calculator flags it and does not automatically round to a marking. The illustration is approximate. Verify the measurement and suitable equipment with a qualified professional.
Will this tell me what dose to take?
No. It converts an amount that you enter. It does not recommend a dose, treatment, schedule, or compound, and it does not verify vial contents.
Do I need an account to use it?
No account is required. The calculator itself does not save your entered quantities, and clearing the form removes them from the calculator.
Keep your supplies organized
Looking for an organizer that fits your supplies? Compare vial storage cases and prefilled syringe storage cases, or browse our storage and organization guides. Storage cases organize supplies; they do not establish storage conditions for a compound.
